Completed in 2023, the approximately 100,000-square-foot, three-story instructional building serves as the centerpiece of SLCC’s Herriman Campus. The facility brings Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah together under one roof, allowing students to complete an associate degree through SLCC and continue toward a bachelor’s degree through the University of Utah without leaving the campus. The building includes classrooms, computer labs, study and tutoring spaces, administrative offices, a bookstore, dining and lounge areas, and an exterior deck.
