About us

Building Code Experts Who Make Your Project Easier

Why We Started

We’ve seen too many projects stuck for weeks (or months) because of small code issues that could have been avoided. A missing note, a misunderstood guideline, an outdated requirement—any of these can hold up an entire project.

We created this company to fix that.

We believe every client deserves clear explanations, proactive guidance, and someone who actually picks up the phone when questions come up. Whether your project is big or small, you shouldn’t have to guess what the building department wants—you should have a partner who already knows.

BCS Is Not Simply a Plan Review Firm, But a Group That Understands the Needs of Both Building and Fire Prevention Departments.

BCS Elite Online Training
