The City Creek Center redevelopment spans 23 acres across three downtown city blocks, transforming the heart of Salt Lake City into a vibrant mixed-use district. The project features 535 residential units, 1.7 million square feet of office space, 900,000 square feet of retail and dining, and 5,000 underground parking stalls.

BCS staff—working in collaboration with another firm—served as the principal structural plan reviewers for every phase of this landmark development. Our team also provided review support for numerous tenant improvement projects following the center’s completion, ensuring ongoing compliance and long-term structural safety.
